SUBARU Corporation has executed a share buyback based on the board resolution from May 13, 2024. As of August 31, 2024, the company acquired 7,851,100 shares of common stock, with a total acquisition value of approximately 21 billion yen. This brings the cumulative total to 15,047,600 shares, valued at approximately 45 billion yen. The board has authorized the buyback of up to 23 million shares, with a maximum total value of 60 billion yen, to be completed by December 30, 2024.
