Mazda Motor Corporation implemented organizational reforms and personnel changes effective September 1, 2024. The reforms include the establishment of a New Business Development Office, which integrates functions from the MaaS Business Preparation Office and the Corporate Strategy Division. Additionally, the Global Sales & Marketing sector was reorganized following the completion of strategic transfers related to the China business. Personnel changes include Kota Beppu’s appointment as head of the New Business Development Office and Kan Matsuoka’s promotion to head of the Product Planning Department.
