Suzuki Motor Corporation announced its automobile production, sales, and export results for June and January-June 2024. In June, global production decreased by 3.9% year-on-year, marking the first decline in six months, while domestic production increased by 6.1%, continuing a five-month growth streak. Sales saw global sales increase by 5.4% year-on-year, with six consecutive months of growth, and exports increased by 16.4%, marking three consecutive months of growth. For the cumulative period from January to June, global production increased by 5.7%, domestic production by 11.0%, global sales by 9.7%, and exports by 11.5%, all surpassing the previous year’s figures.
