During extreme weather, towing resources can be scarce. Li Auto offers dedicated personnel and vehicle rescue services in cities affected by heavy rain and other extreme weather. If your vehicle breaks down due to urban water retention, you can call the 24/7 official hotline at 400-686-0900 for free dedicated rescue services and on-site support.
Rapid Repair Support
If your vehicle is damaged by extreme weather and requires an insurance report, Li Auto’s dedicated insurance claim specialists will assist you in quickly completing the insurance claim and repair process.
Safe Charging Support
If your home charger is flooded due to extreme weather, call the official hotline at 400-686-0900 after the water recedes for a free line inspection to ensure safety. Li Auto will replace any necessary charging piles for free.
Vehicle Safety Checks
If your vehicle has driven through deep water or operated in extreme weather, you can visit a Li Auto service center or authorized body spray center for a free water-damaged parts inspection.
Re-purchase Support
If your vehicle is deemed a total loss by the insurance company due to extreme weather, you can receive an additional 5,000 yuan towards the purchase of a new Li Auto model if delivery is completed by December 31, 2024. For details, please contact the Li Auto Retail Center.
