Suzuki Motor Corporation has secured the top overall ranking in the 2024 Japan Initial Quality Study conducted by J.D. Power Japan. Suzuki also claimed first place in all three light vehicle segments. The study evaluates new vehicle owners’ experiences with vehicle defects 2 to 13 months after purchase.
