It has been 50 years since the mass production of the first Lamborghini Countach began at the Lamborghini factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese in March 1974. To mark this milestone, Lamborghini has brought the very first Countach LP 400 back to the production line where it was created, alongside the current Lamborghini Revuelto, for a commemorative photoshoot. The Countach was revolutionary for Lamborghini, being the first model to have its bodywork made “in-house,” with hand-crafted panels and interiors produced by Lamborghini’s Upholstery Department. This revolutionary approach has become a lasting tradition at Sant’Agata Bolognese.
