Dongfeng Motor Reduces Annual CO2 Emissions by 180,000 Tons, Equivalent to Planting 10 Million Trees

On August 30, Dongfeng Motor released its 2023 sustainability report during the first “Sustainable Development Co-Creation Week” event of 2024. The report revealed that in 2023, nine Dongfeng Motor subsidiaries participated in Hubei Province’s carbon emissions trading, reducing CO2 emissions by 180,000 tons, equivalent to planting approximately 10 million trees. Dongfeng Motor is also promoting green manufacturing, products, and ecology, with several factories and products receiving national “green” titles.
