The International Association of Traffic and Safety Sciences (IATSS), a foundation established by Honda’s founders, Soichiro Honda and Takeo Fujisawa, will hold its 50th-anniversary celebration on September 17, 2024, in Tokyo. Founded in 1974, IATSS has been dedicated to addressing traffic safety issues, conducting extensive research, and contributing significantly to traffic safety solutions, especially in developing regions of Asia. The event will also highlight future plans for the association’s activities.
