NIO has announced its “Empower Counties” plan to install NIO charging stations and battery swap stations in all counties. By 2025, the plan will cover 14 provincial administrative regions and over 1,200 county-level areas, expanding nationwide by 2026. Battery swaps take only 3 minutes, with 2,480 swap stations and 23,009 charging stations already established across the country, providing a convenient charging and swapping experience for users.
