Audi Japan has launched a limited edition model, the “Audi A8 Grand Touring limited,” through Audi dealerships nationwide. Based on the Audi A8 55 TFSI quattro and the plug-in hybrid version, the 60 TFSI e quattro, this model emphasizes the characteristics of a driver’s car and grand touring car. Both models are equipped with a 3.0L V6 turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum output of 250kW and a peak torque of 500Nm. The PHEV version also offers an EV mode with a maximum range of 54km (WLTC mode). A total of 40 units will be available for this limited model.
