Toyota Motor Corporation announced a new executive structure following the annual shareholders’ meeting and subsequent board meeting on June 18, 2024. Hiroki Nagata was appointed as a new auditor. Akio Toyoda was appointed Chairman, Shigeru Hayakawa as Vice Chairman, and Koji Sato as President. The board of directors now includes ten members.
