On August 12, around 150 new recruits from five FAW-Volkswagen locations gathered in Changchun for the “2024 New Employee Onboarding” event. These talents, from top universities in China and abroad, are expected to contribute to FAW-Volkswagen’s development in digital intelligence and new energy sectors.
FAW-Volkswagen’s leadership welcomed the new employees, expressing their desire to grow and develop together. Various support measures were implemented to help the new recruits integrate into the company culture quickly, offering them opportunities to experience the company’s digital transformation and gain deeper knowledge of the latest models and products.
To support a smooth workplace transition, a three-month training program has been planned, with the expectation that the new employees will contribute to the company’s sustainable development in the future.
