Lyle Watters, Ford’s Vice President and General Manager for Passenger Vehicles in China, will retire on September 30, 2024, after 37 years with the company. Watters joined Ford in 1987 and has held key roles across the globe. His leadership contributed to Ford’s success in China by enhancing brand appeal and customer experience. He also led a strategic restructuring in South America during challenging economic times. Watters will return to the U.K., where he began his career.
