On August 8, 2024, BYD held a grand launch event for the BYD SEALION 6 DM-i (known in China as Song PLUS DM-i) at its production base in Rayong, Thailand. The introduction of this highly anticipated plug-in hybrid model into the Thai market further solidifies BYD’s leading position in the global new energy vehicle market. The BYD SEALION 6 DM-i is equipped with the DM-i super hybrid technology, allowing flexible switching between electric and hybrid modes, offering ultra-low fuel consumption and a comfortable driving experience.
