In July 2024, NIO announced China’s first intelligent driving world model NWM (NIO World Model) and the intelligent driving technology architecture “NADArch 2.0” at the NIO IN 2024 NIO Innovation and Technology Day. These advancements allow for estimating 216 possible trajectories within 100 milliseconds to find the optimal driving decision.
In July, an additional 20,498 smart driving users were added, bringing the total number to 557,518. The verification mileage for urban intelligent driving increased by 51.01 million kilometers, reaching a total of 420 million kilometers.
