Changan Automobile has issued a “Notice” to strengthen the development of Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICVs). This notice aims to clarify corporate responsibilities and standardize the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and OTA upgrades of L2 level ICVs. The initiative supports consumer rights protection, technological development, industrial innovation, and the safe and orderly growth of the ICV industry.
