Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has implemented cybersecurity-related regulatory measures for the ‘eK X’ and ‘eK Wagon’ kei height wagons, and sales will commence nationwide from August 1, 2024. The modifications include updates to the cybersecurity software program to comply with the latest regulations in response to increased risks of cyberattacks due to vehicle connectivity. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price ranges from ¥1,422,300 to ¥2,060,300 (including tax).
