Changan Automobile announced on July 31, 2024, that the DEEPAL G318 successfully underwent a 32-meter air drop test. The test confirmed that the vehicle’s structure remained intact, airbags deployed correctly, and doors could be operated normally. Additional safety features such as enhanced battery protection and seatbelt vibration reminders have also been incorporated, further improving the safety and reliability of the DEEPAL G318.
