Ford|BlueCruise Now Available to Use in 17 Countries

Ford’s hands-free highway driving technology, BlueCruise, can now be used in a total of 15 European countries following approval by the European Commission, expanding its availability to 17 countries globally. This unlocks access to over 82,744 miles of designated highways across Europe, called Blue Zones, allowing for hands-free driving across multiple countries. BlueCruise is available in the U.S., Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

In 2023, BlueCruise was the first system of its kind to gain regulatory approval in Great Britain and Spain. Currently, more than 420,000 Ford and Lincoln vehicles globally are equipped with BlueCruise, and in the U.S. and Canada, customers have logged over 3.1 million hours of hands-free driving and driven more than 213 million miles.
