China FAW published a detailed mind map to explain the outcomes of the 3rd Plenum of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, held in Beijing from July 15 to 18, 2024. The plenum reviewed and approved the decision on “further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization.” The mind map offers an in-depth look at the various aspects of reform, including the development of a high-level socialist market economy, reforms in education and science, and enhancements to national security.
