The new Prado has undergone significant changes to its chassis, adopting a 4-link coil spring non-independent suspension and a rear rigid axle structure similar to the LC70 series. It features a Torsen LSD lockable center differential and full-time four-wheel drive, greatly enhancing off-road performance. The SDM electronic control stabilizer bar disconnection device allows for excellent on-road control and off-road performance.
