How Google built AlphaFold 3 to predict the structure and interaction of all life’s molecules

Google DeepMind’s AlphaFold 3 is the latest model that predicts the structure and interactions of all life’s molecules, including DNA, RNA, and ligands. While AlphaFold 2 revolutionized protein structure prediction, AlphaFold 3 advances further to generate molecular complexes. The new AlphaFold Server allows researchers to easily predict molecular structures. AlphaFold 3 adopts a new generative model to accommodate a wider range of molecule types.
