On July 10, Ruqi Travel, the smart travel platform of Guangzhou Automobile Group, held a listing ceremony at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with its shares officially listed on the main board under the stock code 09680.HK. The ceremony saw the attendance of GAC Group Chairman Zeng Qinghong, Ruqi Travel CEO Jiang Hua, and many distinguished guests, marking the beginning of a new journey of high-quality development for Ruqi Travel.

Ruqi Travel is based on travel services and promotes the large-scale commercialization of autonomous driving technology. The funds raised from the listing will primarily be used for research and development of autonomous driving and robotaxi operation services. As a listed company, Ruqi Travel is expected to provide customers with more compliant and safer travel services.

The listing received cornerstone investments from investors such as GAC Industrial Group, Pony.ai, Voyager, and WeRide. Since its establishment, GAC Group has comprehensively supported the development of Ruqi Travel. As a key platform of GAC Group’s L4 travel ecosystem, Ruqi Travel will accelerate the commercialization of autonomous driving technology and actively promote the implementation of the “Trillion GAC” strategic goal.

Currently, GAC Group has achieved technological research and development and application capabilities from L2 to L4 and plans to build a three-dimensional travel service in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by 2027.
