Toyota and NTT have agreed to develop a “Mobility AI Platform” to achieve a zero-traffic-accident society, leveraging AI and communication technologies. The companies plan to invest approximately 500 billion yen by 2030, beginning platform development in 2025 and aiming for social implementation around 2028. This platform aims to support advanced driver assistance and infrastructure coordination, connecting vehicles, people, and infrastructure in a unified safety system.
