GM’s Teen Driver Mode is designed to help parents encourage safe driving habits. When a designated key is used, safety features activate automatically, including seatbelt mandates, audio limits, and speed warnings. The feature includes a “Report Card” that logs details like maximum speed and system activations, giving parents a tool for discussing safe driving with teens. Teen Driver is now standard in many Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC models.
