Hyundai opened the “Hyundai Customer Experience Center Osaka Preparation Office” in Shinsaibashi, Osaka on October 15, 2024. The facility offers test drives and purchase consultations for customers in the Kansai area, and plans to introduce the mobile service vehicle “Hyundai Q-chan.” This enhances flexible services and supports EV experiences.
