FAW Toyota has started mass production of the new Avalon, the first independently developed model, in Chengdu. The new model features the fifth-generation hybrid system, standard TSS 3.0, various safety systems, and intelligent driving assistance functions. The project, launched two years ago, has now begun production as scheduled, quickly meeting market demands.
