SUBARU Corporation announced the completion of its share repurchase program, which was approved at the Board of Directors meeting on May 13, 2024. By September 13, 2024, SUBARU had repurchased 20,844,100 shares at a total value of approximately 59.9 billion yen. The number of shares to be canceled has been confirmed, and the cancellation date will be announced once finalized.
