The Dongfeng Xinghai S7 set a new record with a drag coefficient of 0.191Cd, the lowest for any production vehicle. On September 12, the Xinghai S7 participated in a wind resistance sprint challenge in Karamay, Xinjiang, and successfully completed the challenge with an energy consumption of 23.18kWh per 100km, earning the first domestic headwind sprint challenge certificate.
