On September 14, 2024, following the directives of the FAW Party Committee, Qiu Xiandong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of FAW, gave a speech explaining the spirit of the 20th Central Committee’s 3rd Plenary Session. Qiu emphasized the importance of deepening reforms of state-owned assets and enterprises, following the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought, and enhancing core competitiveness through these reforms to promote high-quality development.
