NIO held the “NIO Power Up Day” in August 2024, introducing the “County Pass Plan” to install charging stations and battery swap stations in all counties. By June 2025, charging infrastructure will cover all county-level administrative areas nationwide, and battery swap stations will span 14 provinces. By the end of December 2025, this will expand to cover 27 provinces and over 2,300 counties.
