Toyota Motor Corporation decided to oppose the shareholder proposal from Kapitalforeningen MP Invest regarding the annual report on climate-related lobbying activities and their alignment with the Paris Agreement. Toyota has been striving to improve transparency and comprehensiveness in its disclosures and will continue to work towards carbon neutrality through sustained dialogue.
