Audi has started production of the new Audi A5 family at its Neckarsulm plant, utilizing the Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) with partially electrified drive systems. The factory is being modernized, digitalized, and transformed to achieve CO2-neutral production for all models manufactured by 2025. Additionally, new painting processes and sustainable water usage methods significantly reduce energy and resource consumption.
