On July 25, 2024, Changan Automobile CS75 PLUS owner Ms. Zeng and her family were trapped when their car got stuck in a remote area near Qinghai Lake. Due to weak cell signals, they couldn’t call for help. Ms. Zeng decided to seek help on foot and fortunately encountered Changan employee Yan Yi, who was on his honeymoon. Yan Yi halted his trip to assist, and after several efforts, the car was rescued.
