On August 29, 2024, Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. announced its production, sales, and export results for July 2024. Domestic production increased for the second consecutive month, with both mini vehicles and registered vehicles showing growth. Overseas production declined for the second consecutive month due to decreases in Indonesia. Global production increased for the first time in 11 months, driven by domestic growth. Domestic sales increased for the first time in 10 months, while overseas sales also increased, driven by growth in Malaysia, marking the first increase in two months.
