NIO｜Dear “Power-Up Partners,” It’s Time to “Power Up Together”

To address the challenges users face in adding power, NIO began deploying battery swap stations as early as 2018. As of August 22, 2024, NIO has built 2,482 power swap stations, with over 51 million cumulative power swaps. NIO also has over 23,000 charging piles and has connected to over 1 million third-party brand charging piles, serving more than 200 automotive brands, with nearly 80% of the energy provided to non-NIO brand vehicles.

At the “Power UP 2024 NIO Power Up Day,” NIO announced its countywide power plan, aiming to expand the network of charging and battery swapping across the country. NIO also introduced the “Power-Up Partner Plan” to invite more partners to join in expanding energy services.
