On August 20, 2024, Changan Automobile and Huawei held a signing ceremony in Chongqing for their comprehensive strategic cooperation and investment agreement with AVATR Technology. AVATR Technology will invest 10% in Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., jointly supporting its future development with Huawei. Changan Chairman Zhu Huarong emphasized that this investment fully reflects Changan’s strategic intentions, with AVATR representing the direction of Changan’s high-end development. Huawei’s rotating chairman Xu Zhijun highlighted that this investment is a key step in building an intelligent open platform for the automotive industry.
