At the 2024 NIO Innovation and Technology Day, NIO officially introduced the new “SkyOS・Tianshu”, the first comprehensive vehicle operating system in China, serving as the technological foundation for NIO in the smart electric vehicle + AI era. “SkyOS・Tianshu” features high bandwidth, low latency, large-scale computing power, cross-domain integration of heterogeneous hardware, flexible evolution, high reliability, and information security. NIO also unveiled the new intelligent system “Banyan 3” and the automotive-grade 5nm smart driving chip “Shenji NX9031”. These advancements aim to provide users with an enhanced full lifecycle experience.
