Shanghai Automotive Group announced that Jia Jianxu has resigned as General Manager of SAIC Volkswagen, with Tao Hailong, former General Manager of Huayu Automotive Systems, taking over the position. Since his appointment in February 2023, Jia has promoted product enhancement and technological innovation, expanding new energy vehicle sales. With over 30 years of automotive industry experience, Tao will focus on accelerating electrification and intelligent strategies.
