These Terms set forth the conditions for using the AIQUO Beta (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Air Beans Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

The Service may only be used by registered users who have been approved by the Company.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Reproducing or redistributing the outputs of the Service without authorization.
• Using the Service to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• Unauthorized access, tampering, or reverse engineering.
• Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided on a trial basis and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 5 (Suspension of Use)
If a user violates these Terms, the Company may suspend use of the Service without prior notice.

Article 6 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted on the Service.
