Ford | Ford Credit and Lincoln AFS Offer Payment Relief to People Affected by Hurricanes Francine or Helene

Providing Payment Extensions of Up to 60 Days

Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services are offering up to 60 days of payment extensions for customers affected by Hurricanes Francine or Helene in eligible counties under FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program. Customers can request this extension through the Ford Credit website, app, or by phone. Additionally, new car buyers and lease customers may qualify for payment deferrals of up to 120 days.
