Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. apologized for the recent certification fraud issue and announced that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) confirmed seven old models and engines meet compliance standards, while three models failed to meet standards. Daihatsu will implement strict recurrence prevention measures to restore trust.
