On September 12, 2024, Ford Motor Company announced that Ted Cannis will retire at the end of September after a 35-year career. Cannis led Ford Pro since 2021, building it into a high-growth and high-margin business. Andrew Frick, president of Ford Blue, will serve as interim leader, while Daniel Justo has been appointed vice president of Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD).
