Honda has partnered with the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Delhi and Bombay to advance its proprietary Cooperative Intelligence (CI). This collaboration focuses on evolving environmental recognition and cooperative behavior generation, with potential applications in accident reduction and autonomous driving. Testing in India’s complex traffic environments will refine the technology, which Honda aims to apply to driving assistance and autonomous driving systems in the future.
