On September 10, 2024, NIO Energy announced its collaboration with Chery Green Energy, opening its charging network to Chery Automobile, Xingtu Automobile, and Jietu Automobile. This partnership allows users to access NIO’s charging network through apps, offering real-time charging pile information and a seamless charging experience. NIO Energy currently operates 2,510 battery swap stations and 3,979 charging stations nationwide, with plans to expand further by the end of 2025.
