Shanghai Automotive Group delivered 2.827 million vehicles to terminals from January to August 2024, with wholesale vehicle sales reaching 2.336 million units. In August alone, terminal deliveries reached 377,000 units, a 12.4% increase month-on-month, while new energy vehicle deliveries rose by 44.1% year-on-year to 124,000 units. The company’s continued growth is driven by the phased implementation of the “trade-in” policy and the peak car sales season.
