Dongfeng Motor has enhanced its welding robots using its proprietary large AI model “Zhurong,” improving the consistency and standardization of automotive welding processes. These robots process real-time data to achieve higher welding precision. This technology has been adopted as Dongfeng’s third-generation digital intelligent quality management tool, leading to cost reductions in vehicle production. It is expected to expand to other manufacturing industries in the future.
