Dongfeng Motor’s new energy transformation accelerated as Dongyu Xinsheng shipped its 6 millionth battery cell from the production line on September 5. This achievement comes from the joint venture established by Dongfeng Motor and Sunwoda, with an expected annual production of 12 million cells. The batteries are compatible with a wide range of vehicles, from A00 to SUVs, and are designed with enhanced safety and durability. Dongfeng aims to promote further adoption of new energy vehicles through this project.
