General Motors announced that Alfred F. Kelly, Jr., former Chairman and CEO of Visa, has joined its Board of Directors. Kelly led Visa through significant global growth and innovation. Mary Barra, GM Chair and CEO, praised Kelly’s expertise in finance and technology, stating it complements GM’s pursuit of growth in electric vehicles, autonomous technology, and software services.
